We turned 1 years old as Summer Fox Brewing late last month and brewed this behemoth of a beer to celebrate. Our 1st Anniversary IPA clocks in at 11% Alcohol, it’s unfiltered and packs a punch of Galaxy, Strata and Mosaic hops. With notes of passion fruit, blueberries, pine, resin, mango, papaya, sweet alcohol and a distinct yet creamy bitterness, with a subtle yet balanced malt sweetness. This triple IPA will smooth you into a trance of hops and malt.
