Festbrau is our take on a traditional German-Style Kolsch, overall a light and highly drinkable beer. Brewed with pilsner malt, Kolsch yeast, German Tettnanger hops and American Chinook hops. Look for light fruity esters in the background of a sweet dough and bready malt body, the hops are apparent with notes of pine, herbs and citrus.
