Bottle conditioned.
L- Rested for several days since purchase, but pours with moderate haze and plenty of sidement left in the bottle (not a criticism, just an observation). Quite dark amber, with 3mm ultra-fine bubble white head that's holding very well.
S- Quite woody, piquant timber notes.
T- The smell^ comes through in the taste but now it clearly reminds me of apple.
F- There is a moderate earthy/hoppy feel in the finish. Overall there is some richness and it comes over as medium dry.
O- It's different but I'm not sure it's one I'd buy again. It's drinkable but the apple facet and it's parallel smell as you take a sip seems rather out of place to me.
Bought from Wholefoods, London W8 £2.59/500ml bottle. BB: 24/12/20
