16 ounce can dated 4/13/22, in a long tall Pilsner glass.
Pours a rich and pretty dorado golden color with a quick dissipating white cap. No lacing, lots of bubbles.
Aroma recognition requires deep digging. Light cracker malt and herbal hops with a touch of lemon.
Sweet grain and medicinal hop flavors, I guess.
It’s sweet and has a medicinal finish. Very light body.
It’s a macro brewery knock-off, at best. Meh.

Very enjoyable Pilsner that is a good session beer. Crisp Pilsner taste with just enough of a bite. I would definitely recommend. A good alternative to an IPA.

Bright white head, crests around a finger with decent enough retention, wispy lacing. Bright amber gold liquid, very good shine and clarity. Solid malty backbone to the nose, floral and grainy, smells “sweet” enough to recommend keeping it well chilled during serving, hint of lemon with muted apple, pear, peach fruit scents. Medium-bodied, good job of staying refreshing for its heft. Cereal grains, honey, hay, not sweet enough to conjure up any specter of adjuncts but conversely sweet enough to detract from its ability to refresh. Vaguely floral with that same white orchard fruit array. Nice bittering through the finish. Admittedly not a beer type I drink often anymore but it’s solid and without overt flaws, maybe wish it was a bit lighter on its feet. (Canned 4/30/20)
