32oz Crowler from brewery, enjoyed 2 hrs later.
Pours black with a thick tan head, lots of carbonation. Aroma is mild with a slight mix of hop floral and roasted coffee. Taste is a good blend of dry Irish stout and IPA. There's some roasted coffee/chocolate and some hop notes, more toward the roasted than hops. Feel is nice, more rich than typical IPA and good mouthfeel. Overall, I'm partial to Black IPA's and this is a good example.
