An American Pale Ale brewed with lactose along with a generous amount of Pilsner malt, and both white and flaked wheat to create a soft and pillow-y mouth feel along with a cracker-like backbone. Huell Melon experimental hop HBC-472 and of course Sabro crank out a bouquet of tropical fruit amidst a tidal wave of coconut goodness bursting from the unique HBC-472 and Sabro hops.

Poured from a 16oz can into an IPA glass. Color is a cloudy, straw-like yellow with a 1-finger head that dissipates quickly. Aroma grassy wheat with a fruity, citrus like sel. Taste is wheat-like with faint pineapple. Slight carbonation with a medium body finish. A different take on a pale ale and a good drinking beer.

Added By Act 25. 3rd from brewer. Guests & I agree on this apa - it's great.
A bro can cut either way, a true brother, or a preppy.
a) Apricot opaque body sports lacy, white head.
s) Straw, lemon, wheat, grass.
t) Creamy, clean blending of these, while adding melon, sawdust, woodshop, caramel malt.
f) Creamy, rich.
o) Favorite style - I'd add this. to my top 10 APA list as a contender.
