Appearance: Cloudy straw yellow. Frothy white head with good retention.

Aroma: light bready, floral perfume, lime notes

Flavor: Herbal, peppery, mild lime and orange note. Restrained bitterness

Mouthfeel: Full bodied, creamy, dry finish.

Overall: Well crafted Wit. Has everything you want: bready malt, spicy & peppery flavors accented by a refreshing zesty lime & orange note. Finishes nice a dry. Refreshing beer. Recommend it to Advocates that like this style (which I do!)

Purchased off the single shelf at Legacy. Did not notice that it is a Witbier. Generally, but not always, not a fan of wheats.
LOOK: Pours a fizzy, very thin all white heat and a unfiltered, hazy pale straw yellow. The thin head fades quickly.
AROMA: I pick up the wheat aroma, a little citrus and some clove.
TASTE: The citrus is a zesty lemon, I also get the wheat clove combination. Dislike clove in any form.
First beer from this brewery. Need to give them a try on a non wheat offering. Because of my wheat bias just scored 3's across the board, which is a better score than what my personal scoring would have been.

Appearance: Pours a milky, well-hazed, pale gold body with a slimming, white head. Slight lacing.

Smell: Chiefly wheat forward aroma, a slight toasted, crispy edge with a fragrant note of coriander backed by semi-dehydrated, flecked citrus peelings and a bit of whipped hoeny.

Taste: Sweetish, goodly wheaty with a nigh-chewy breadiness and a sprinkling of crystallized wildflower honey. Generous helping of coriander spice within. A flavor of orange garnished with a standard-issue lemon wedge. Finishes with a plump wheat quality and lingering taste of coriander dusted lemon.

Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Cushiony but also houses a bit of zip.

Overall: Some wits are a bit fullish, some are lean and sleek in their characteristics and drinkability. This one's a bit beefier, which is fine. It's fine. Really.
