A beautifully sophisticated beer fermented first with our house lager yeast then finished with Belgian yeast. Prominent maltiness with notes
of biscuit and caramel. Super clean with a fruit note and spiciness from the Belgian yeast. Pours a light amber color with just a hint of Huell
Melon hops in the finish.

A: clear, brilliant amber. Frothy white head with great retention.
A: Light fruity & spicy esters. Hints of strawberry & cherries.
F: Malty with fruity and spicy. Strawberries. Light to medium bitterness. Malt on the front end with bitterness on backend.
MF: Light to medium bodied. Drying. Medium bodied. Medium carbonation.
Overall: A light, malt forward beer with fruity & spicy esters. Not too bitter. Carbonation supports without being overly effervesent. Solid for the style.
