Fermented in stainless steel then aged 8 months in Prichard's bourbon barrels.

Appearance: Cloudy, brown thin white head with poor retention.
Aroma: Malty, wood barrel, light alcohol.
Flavor: Bourbon, oak wood, apples, low bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied, drying, long finish.
Overall: really nice for a young 8 mon old barelywine. A little rough around the edges but not overly sweet or well balanced with bitternness. Barrel aging adds character.
