Named in honor of our assistant brewer Coly (and her favorite fedora), this big, creamy milkshake is bursting with fruity goodness. Pink Guava and Plum give this beer a sweet and juicy tropical flavor, while the additions of lactose and vanilla let you know this is definitely an adult milkshake. Dry hopped with Cascade so you know you’re still drinking an IPA!

Picked up a single from the Craft Beer Hop Stop 10-1-20 for $4.24. Canned 8-31-20; consumed 11-23-20.
Beer poured brownish orange with a very nice head that has some great hang time. Color is kind of strange though.
Nose has a interesting dose of something fruity and something lactose. It is not bad but different in an okay way.
Taste is guava and lime forward over a moderate malt base. Finishes with a decent balancing citrus hop that balances things; 5/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and refreshing.
Overall a different breed of IPA for my palate. Not a bad brew but not my cup of tea.
