A: Pours a relatively clear pale to medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale yellow + straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has as two finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a couple of small patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of bready + biscuit malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. There are light aromas of spicy + herbal hops and light aromas of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready + biscuit malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light flavors of spicy + herbal hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers for a moderate amount of time before fading away leaving a relatively clean finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp upfront with a light amount of dryness and a relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly light + crisp + clean mouthfeel which is quite refreshing. Nice spicy + herbal hop presence makes this one enjoyable and I could easily have a couple of these (and they would pair nicely with just about any meal).
