From the decidedly old-fashioned flip top bottle, it pours a hazy yellow amber with a large, long-lasting white head. In the nose, I get a soapy scent (?). In the mouth, it is slightly lemony and bready - overall very nice and I had a friend check the scent and she got soap as well! Not unpleasant, but soapy.
When I get back to Dinkelsbuehl, I will have to get another and try it again!!
