Can into nonic pint (Canned na)
Look: Hazy yellow body, pouring a touch more than a frothy 1 finger head which dissipated slowly to a thin cap with nice lacing
Smell: Citrus and mango. Grapefruit pith, grassy and herbaceous hops. Medium strength
Taste: Similar to nose. Mango and some tangerine. Strong hit of grapefruit pith. Light bitterness. Finish has a touch of alcohol before a grassy finish with grapefruit and a nice pale malt throughout
Feel: Light-medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp finish
Overall: Just a good beer. Taste good, good mouthfeel. Cant go wrong

Poured into a 13 oz Teku glass bottled on 5/12/22. Pours a very attractive hazy orange yellow with a 2 plus finger sticky white head that leaves thick streaks of lace with excellent retention. 4.75
Aroma is mango, mandarin, passionfruit, apricot, and a little grapefruit rind. 4
Taste follows mango, mandarin, passionfruit, apricot, and just a little grapefruit bitterness. 4.25
Mouthfeel is above average, not sticky or dry, soft gentle carbonation, and at 6.6% ABV it drinks a tad bigger. 4.25
Overall this is good, not earth shattering but I would highly recommend. 4.25

Pours a very cloudy medium gold color with a two finger silky head that retains fairly well, leaving spotty lacing on the way down.
The nose is bright and intense with semi-sweet orange and ruby grapefruit wafts. This is a fantastic aroma and a good sign of things to come.
The flavor is just amazingly clean and well-balanced with waves of pleasant orange coming through up front but blending with a distinctive red grapefruit flavor by the finish. Just the right sweetness to match the fantastic citrus notes. A light but present pale malt steadies the profile, adding depth to the hops. This is a 5/5 flavor if I've ever had one.
The mouthfeel is very soft and pillowed with a moderate amount of carbonation and a touch of bitterness peeking through by mid-taste into the finish.
There is just nothing bad to say about this beer. For a brand new brewery with very humble offerings they are batting a thousand already. At time of writing they have 3 beers under their belt and all three show a command of the process and a true understanding of what a classy NEIPA can be.
Can't stress enough that this is a must-have. For everyone complaining that the style has been cheapened and worn out, this one will restore any faith lost. Now, all you have to do is find some... Good luck until they start upping production!!
