Pours a cloudy orange color with a huge, froth and stable head.

Smells of fresh cut grass, garden herbs, wet hay, dough and sour yeast.

Drinks very smooth, soft throughout with a well balanced, light body.

Tastes of white bread dough, wheat, a sweet whiff of caramel, grass and an aqueous softness. Turns a tad dry during mid palate, revealing its noble hop profile, mirroring the nose. Finishes soft, with more wheat and its initial aqueous silkness.

This would be a little too thin for me if it wasn't for its world class balance in which each and every flavor nuance gets pointed out in the most pleasant way. Light and clean with an incredibly well working, velvet mouthfeel.
