Cool wide open space, easy parking, with lots of windows. The beer is good, but, although I tried several tastes and a couple of pints, nothing really stood out. Grabbed a couple of stickers and a coaster to go.,.

A few blocks from where I'm staying, so easy to get to. Lots of parking, spacious interior. Long bar, high tables, low tables and booths, a little bit of something for everyone. Both taps and cans are available inside, as well as a cooler of to-go product. Funky soundtrack puts this over the top. Food available.

Came here for some cans to go, sadly they were out of their Italian Pils, but their ESB and Graf more than made up for it.
Fairly large interior with two coolers full of pint cans to go, in the $4/each range
Large long bar seating and several taps

The logo of an Alfred Hitchcock style silhouette of a Jackalope wearing a monocle is a winner after the double entendre meaning of the brewery name. A very basic and fairly spartan interior with a couple of lines forming to take beer orders, of which the popularity is well deserved. Lots of elbow room here, to accommodate the clientele. Of the four beers tried here, the Alt bier was the favorite.

High quality and highly worthy spot….great room with a lovely concrete bar, with big windows looking into the brewing operation, shaded outdoor space and a friendly staff, always a plus…..expect loads of great beers on tap, and in cans to go…freshie juice bombs and assorted other styles…the can of “El Fruiti Boi” milkshake IPA (this was during gay pride month) was fruity, flavorful and mighty fine…tried the spring salad - delicious…these guys know what they are doing.
If in SLC, can’t wrong wrong with a visit.

Very cool interesting renovated brick factory building with great front porch. Large spacious interior with brewhouse on the right, long bar across the back, and some table seating to the left and opposite the bar. 10 beers on tap, the two I had were solid. Friendly bartender. I did not try the food.

this place is gorgeous! its all windows, old exposed brick, and rustic features, wood, neat lighting, a good view to the brew house and the serving tanks, and it seems like some competent people are at the helm. i was surprised how big it was in here, still cozy, but expansive, a very long bar running half the length of the place it seems, several stalls to play darts, and what looks like a nice patio space for when the weather finally turns into spring. got to chat with a few of the folks involved and everyone was nice, humble, and welcoming, no ego here at all, and they had a modest list of beers here in the early going, not all the taps were full, but they are working on it apparently. i didnt see anything wildly ambitious on the beer menu, but enjoyed both an esb and a well hopped hefeweizen. both seemed ahead of the new brewery curve, pretty professionally made and all, but also not as exotic or unique as i was hoping for. i know they do food in here too, but i didnt eat, didnt see anyone eating, and didnt even look at a food menu, so ill have to wait until next time to check that part out, but there will definitely be a next time, this space is rad and its very different from the other local taprooms i have been in, really cool feel in here. the scene in salt lake is exploding, but there seems like room for a place like this. looking forward to my next trip in here already!
