I'm drinking this at The Local Oaks Brewery in Downtown Winterville NC on tap.
Poured from the tap into a nice tall Pilsner glass.
Appears golden yellow with a nice white foamy head and lacing.
Smells lightly crackery, lightly malty, and floral.
Taste follows the nose with enough bitterness to keep my interest.
Mouth feel is medium for the style, crisp and smooth.
Overall a very nice Pilsner that I am quite happy to be drinking on The 4th.
I would definitely order again.
