I'm drinking this at The Local Oaks Brewery in Beautiful downtown Winterville NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks a reddish amber with a tan foamy head that dropped quickly to a very thin ring and very little lacing.
Smells spicy, bready, malty and sweet.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium light for the style.
Overall a very nice Winter Ale that I might order again.
