Slightly foggy burnt orange to amber with a lumpy khaki foam head of moderate height leaving wobbly layers of lacing. Appearance would be nearly spot on for a chill hazed West Coast IPA, but not for an NEIPA.
The roundly fluffy medium body delivers classic IPA bitterness of light evergreen balanced by hints of mango and citrus before finishing with a semi-dry bite exhaling hints of toast.
A surprisingly decent and drinkable IPA, but certainly not close to the NEIPA style, taking hits in appearance, aroma, taste and overall because of it.
