A farm brewery (and winery; and cider-maker, perhaps) that is small and seems to be run mainly by the family. Across all their offerings, the selection is nice for groups that may enjoy a variety of alcoholic beverages (no spirits). For beer specifically, there are between a half dozen and a dozen taps available. These taps offered a decent variety of styles given their limited number; I think only one "style" might have had two representations when we were there.
The order system was a little strange given the layout in the small tasting room, but otherwise followed an order here, pick up there system. There is also an adult-only policy that *might* only apply to being in the tasting room. It seems dogs and children are allowed outside on the property, though their website only indicates being family friendly at certain times of year.
The people running operations on our visit were very friendly and helpful and seemed quite enthusiastic about their products. The website indicates a passion for music, and they had a musician playing an mid-afternoon acoustic set on the weekend day we were there. It wasn't too busy for a nice afternoon, but then again, the place is a little off the beaten path.
The tasting room has a few tables and more casual, comfortable seating on the main floor. Typical restaurant-style seating exists in a loft area. There is a small kitchen behind the bar that supports the light fare menu that is offered. There are a variety of typical seating outside, as well.

I visited Notativa on 9/25/21. The location is awesome. It was a nice day, so we sat at one of the many picnic tables throughout the lawn. There was seating inside as well, but everyone was sitting outside today.
They had 7 beers, a couple hard seltzers, some ciders and wine available for onsite consumption. They offered pints and flights. I only tried the beer, and found the ones I had to be very good. They had a nice variety of styles. Today they had 1 IPA, a kolsch, a cream ale, a saison, a witbier, a goose and a light lager.
They had growlers and I think 4 packs available to go.
