From the just-out-of-date bottle, it pours a hazy dark brown with a moderate light tan head, slowly reducing to a 1/2 inch layer. The nose is bready and a little fruity. The taste is a little sharper than I expected, but has notes of banana and bread.

Muddy light brown, quite hazy. Beige head, quite compact on top, not too much.
In the smell: cherry. Sweetness, a bit banana. Sugary, but not banana, more on the cherry. Strange.
But the cherry is strongly present in the taste too. Strange. Sugary, again, but not too cloying.
Same for the aftertaste. After the starting maltiness, again cherry. Bah. It is not too bad, but strange.
Also difficult to judge. Well let's say we judge it on the overall pleasantness (so not too much).
