From the half liter bottle, it pours a darker amber with a light tan head. Maltiness comes through in the nose, followed by the mouth. Nice feel. Enjoyable!

Earthware. So, no color. Dark, anyway. Light beige foam, quite creamy.
The smell is full malty, with a very light spicy note. Some alcohol, but not too much. It's a doppelbock, so.
Even the taste if full malty, and after that, some spiciness. And something fresh, herbal, quite strange.
Maybe even a bit peppery.
But, after all, nothing exceptional.
Drinkable, and honest doppelbock.
