Copenhagen 11/3 2021. 33 cl can from Brygshoppen web-shop. Blak can with fuzzy drawing in white. Looks lige two grown up men sucking on each end of a very large sausage. Quite baffling.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized light beige head. Fairly stable. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a very sweet pastry-like odor in dominance. It even smothers the impressive ABV. Chocolate-bars, milk chocolate, caramel, lactose. Strange cardboard-like scent rummaging in the background.
Light carbonation. Thick, oily, viscous, creamy, fat, soft texture. Lightly tingling.
Flavor is intense with a strong candy-like sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste very sweet with a boozy burn just underneath. Lingering. Finish is sweet and laden with alcohol.
Like drinking a chocolate bar infused with alcohol.
