A blend of Helles and Dunkel, labeled 'Cuvee' in commercial description.
Nice bottle, clear amber color, high level of carbonation, great head, proper lace.
Aroma sweet, malty-fruity with hints of hops and nuts.
Start sweetish and spritzy, overall taste candy-sweet, quite a nice shade of roasted malts, unbalanced hops in the middle and sourness in the finish. Body medium-light. Aftertaste long, bitter-sour-sweet, confusing.
Lacks character. There are better 'red' lagers.
