I need more education about these keller beers / zwickls. Because they look almost as stunning as NEIPAs (just like this one, really hazy and cloudy) but when it comes down to the beer, they are almost as bad as a lager - only maybe they are a bit more "raw". Raw just as in NEIPAs. You feel the rawness of the hops and the ingredients, an unfiltered juice is what you have here, and it is, in this sense, quite interesting. A raw lagered hop juice. Tastes very interesting (at the recommended 9 degrees maybe? yeast but in what flavor? quite a new and RAW taste to be honest)... Maybe this is made by having the beer ready for a lager but they don't process it as far as they would with the clear filtered end product, instead giving you this thing from an earlier stage. Nice. Now this is how you can make a lager enjoyable. I guess I will look for zwickls again.
