From the half liter bottle bought at the brewery (only place to get anything other than the Vollbier), it pours a clear light yellow golden color with a really nce white head that leaves lacing. The nose gets a bit of bready malt and a bit of spicy hops. The mouth gets a nice pilsner bitterness followed by a light malt flavor. The pilsner bitterness lingers pleasantly.

Half litre bottle poured into oversized Tripel Karmeliet tulip.
A: Pale golden, clear, large foamy head, moderate retention, decent amount of
lacing.
S: Saaz hop, red cabbage, sugar beet, like a real Czech Pils.
T: Grassy, on the sweet side for a Pils, but a hint of bready bitterness came in at
the finish.
M: Crisp texture, moderate to low carbonation.
O: A real easy drinker and a good example of a Czech Pils, unlike the typical
"Fernsehpils" it’s possible to consume a fair amount without it becoming undrinkably bitter.
