Bevis Maun is drinking a Crafty Fox by Wily Fox Brewery at Petersgate Tap
Aroma is earthy and like broken down straw flavour is light and almost ciderish body is well above the abv.

L- Dark amber, good foaming head that held well and formed lacing later.
S- Mild plus some hints of spice.
T- Some hints of both malt and molasses, but within the trad style.
F- Very drinkable, gentle hoppy bitterness together with appropriate carbonation for a hand-pulled pint.
O- Very enjoyable for a pint to go together with my lunch, ie when I didn't want anything higher ABV%. I could see this as a session-beer at other times, it goes down easily.
An unexpected find of a cask ale a looong way from the brewery in Wigan. It was enjoyed in the Windsor Castle Pub in London W8 where I understand it is being served up as one of their rotating guest beers.
