Pours saturated golden in color, with a huge froth head atop, which slowly disappears completely.
Smells of wet grass, rich straw and a note of white bread dough, creating an intriguing, welcoming nose.
Drinks crisp, light and refreshing, with a lively, well dosed carbonation.
Has a pleasantly bready and dry beginning, which gets complimented by lighter notes of caramel and toffee, together with a balancing rustic graininess. Turns a little more malty then, without adding much sweetness at all, but showcasing a well pronounced bread dough quality. Finishes effervescent with a light caramel presence, wheat and a faint mineralic freshness.
This is a perfectly balanced, easy drinking Lager, hitting all the marks for me, without ever trying to be something more than it actually is.
