Purchased at Trader Joe's near Seattle, and poured from a can into a pint glass. It's slightly hazy and a pale, yellow-gold color. Moderate, whitish head which dissipates fairly quickly.
At TJ's, this is impressively inexpensive and a bargain. It tastes pretty good, and that's the most important part. Bonus that it's organic, although I'd rather get it in bottles than cans (due to chemicals in the can lining, like BPA).
It has adequate hoppage (probably just made that word up) to be an IPA, and it's a bit sour for an IPA, though reasonably "sessionable." A mild, bitter aftertaste. The malt profile is subtle and pleasing; not over-roasted. There's a hint of yeast presence. Overall, this beer is not spectacular, nor is it memorable, but it's a decent session IPA at a bargain price. I definitely will buy it again.

Hazy gold with two fingers of five minute head. Splotches of lace.
Smell is piney floral hops with a bit of bready malts.
Taste is mild piney hops with a good malt support.
Mouthfeel is light with moderate carbonation. Finish is dry and slightly bitter.
Overall a decent session IPA. Best by date: 08/15/2019.

Purchased in a 12 oz. can from Trader Joe's in Oklahoma City.
Pours a hazy golden brew with a slight white head. Slight aroma of hops. Flavor is mostly balanced but sweeter and more sour than expected. Good bit of bitter hops but not excessively so.
Fuller than expected (per the style) mouthfeel. This is a lot of beer for a session.
Overall I like the concept of a session IPA, using heavier hopping to offset for lower ABV.
I will look for this one again, especially at Trader Joe's awesome price point.
A session IPA --- what a great idea! I like the idea of maximizing flavor and aroma with hops to make up for a lower ABV.

Aroma is citrus, fruit and kind of dry cardboard. The flavor is fruit, citrus, grapefruit, mild malts and a dryish/slightly cardboard/kind of off finish.

12oz can, best by 04/21/2019. A creamy white head caps a golden-yellow colored ale. Earthy and floral aroma with a lemony citrus in the background. Flavors are unique and floral with notes of lemon-pepper, biscuity malt, earthy hops, but it's very acidic. Lighter body, harsh acidity as mentioned earlier, dry & bitter finish. This was a disappointment and not that well constructed. I won't get this again.

Really surprised. Found at Trader Joe’s at a really good price.
