look: 3.75 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 3.75
Pours a chill hazed darker shade of bronze. Aggressive pour doesn’t yield much. Smells of orange peel and saltine. Some woodsy hop character. Taste follows the nose. Underlaying saltine underneath unsweet orange peel. That’s about it with the feel of this beer being full bodied, prickly carbonation, slightly bitter yet completely clean and dissipating finish. Reminds me of Sixpoint Sweet Action. Maybe not so much a very traditional cream ale but this isn’t hoppy. Just bitter and clean.
