It might be true this beer was brewed during full contact under water basket weaving (its not true) but regardless it is impressive. Piriform Cortex relates to olfaction, which is the perception of smell. This beer knocks it out with Citra, Galaxy, and Ella. Aromas of pineapple and peach with a floral hint (thats right....we can write!). Easy drinking but gets the job done with....lets see how do we describe a soft mouth feel without sounding gross....well that works. For the Idiocracy fans...It has what plants crave :). Regardless of how you feel about NEIPA, it is a solid beer that you are sure to enjoy...If not, we enjoy it and we will sure drink it. Cheers!
