When West Coast IPA and East Coast IPA collide, it happens somewhere in Cypress Texas and the result is Batch 1. It brings a hint of the bitterness you come to love from the West Coast, but also the citrus aroma and flavor you like in a NEIPA, but all under the enjoyable Hazy Mid Coast IPA :). This is the first beer hitting the public from the 1 Barrel operation in the back of Craft Beer Cellar Cypress. The flavor profile will please both the IPA and non IPA drinkers alike.

The first in a long line of great beers by Stovetop. Pours a very cloudy golden color with a finger width foamy head. Retention and lacing are both good. This is more of a hazy IPA. West coast meets East Coast. There is some juicy citrus and nice piney bitterness on aroma and taste.
