This Frankenstein of a New England style IPA is a mix of American 2 row, Belgian Pilsner malt, white wheat, oats and just to sprinkle in a little insanity, those mad scientists at Stovetop put together a rare blend of Norwegian Kveik yeast. It has been paired with strategically selected hops to bring together the ultimate balance of a citrus bomb that you expect in a NEIPA but also a subtle but very enjoyable bitterness that NEEDS to be there for an IPA. When you let this liquid gold touch your tongue you will pickup the Citra notes in the hops that are accented by its best friend Mosaic and with just a hint of CTZ. With almost 5 lbs of hops in just the dry hop of this 1 BBL batch, the hop head in you will NOT be disappointed that is for sure!

Brewed with Kveik yeast, there is a little more added to the aroma and flavor of this beer. Pours a nice cloudy deep golden color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention and lacing are both decent. Stupendous juicy citrus aroma. Juicy citrus taste that originally had a lot of bitterness at the end that mellowed out after 1-2 weeks. Was more piney at the end. A tiny bit of earthiness.
