The Proust Phenomenon is when you have an odor invoked memory...yes we are very scientific..ish here at Stovetop. This little beauty will remind you of Piriform but with a nice little modification in hop profile to get your taste buds doing the happy dance. Proust brings Ekuanot hops to the party with your old friends Citra and Mosaic. Enjoy this nice little juicy addition to our IPA tool belt.

Pours a nice cloudy golden color with a thin foamy head. Head retention and lacing are both mild. Juicy grapefruit aroma and taste. A little floral. Smooth and easy drinking. A little lower on the bitterness than I like but still tasty.
