This little project took the traditional american stout and bumped it up a notch in ABV but also kicked up the roasted malt and dark malt to pack in that roasted chocolate goodness. It then sat on roasted oak that had spend some time with its friend bourbon. These fun little projects are to test and have fun so if you don't like it...thats okay, we will drink it :)

Pours a pitch black color with a thin brown foamy head. Head retention and lacing are both good. Light roasty aroma. Some chocolate. Mainly java. Good roasty java taste but too light on the body.
