We call this one The Swed because we have an amazing family in Sweden and this beer is honoring them. The amazing beauty starts with a great stout base, BUT it got a some nice little extras. It had a chance to sit on some amazing little coffee beans that were infused with Swedish Chocolate and Almonds. As a result you get this gentle little kiss of roast, chocolate, and just a tad of cherry from the almond. This is an experimental series which means it was just a test batch. Do we love it....your damn right we do, and hopefully you do too. In a previous beer we asked a riddle of what is heavy in front but backwards its not...we now give the answer - a ton....spelled backwards...not. OOOOHHHH snap Jazzy!

Pours a pitch-black color with a very mild foamy head and quickly dissipates. Minimal lacing. Has a nice milk chocolate aroma with some mild roastiness. Perhaps a little caramel. The taste is good. Roasted milk chocolate with some caramel and possible almonds. The carbonation seems to be missing from it, though. Light to medium bodied.
