Why Martinique you ask....well we will explain. Brewer of this glorious liquid was Evan MARTIN and he was going for something a bit more unIQUE than usual. Couple things different here...#1 completely customized yeast just for this batch which you will find has just a hint of Hefe to it #2 You notice it got a little boost in the ABV, hell with a lock down we figured good time for that, and finally #3 Your going to get a really unique twist of the citrus with most of the power from Galaxy but you are going to have a well balance hint of bitter coupled so nicely with that hefe yeast and just a subtle banana/clove element. Hope you enjoy....if not we will :). Hi Jaz

Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is decent. Lacing is good. Nice aroma. Juicy citrus with some clove and a hint of banana. Juicy citrus up front, followed by a definite banana and clove taste with some bitterness. There is a more bitter aftertaste than I would expect from a NEIPA, but it is still good. Lighter bodied for the ABV. Mild to moderate carbonation.
