West side is the best side :). First thing your going to get is that unmistakable aroma of Mosaic and Strata, but just when that passes, the Chinook hops pop off hitting you with that bitterness you want in a west coast. We love our East Coast IPA's but we also love to take it back to clear IPA's now and again. At 7.8% it is no slouch and will keep you on your toes. Keep supporting local! Thank you!!

Pours a somewhat hazy golden amber color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is mild. Lacing is good. Malty citrus aroma with some mild piney resin. There is a little earthy funk at the end. Nice malt base. Mild piney resin and citrus at the end. Bitterness is died down, but there is some bitterness on the aftertaste. There is an earthy funk in there as well. Slight caramel. Medium bodied with mild to moderate carbonation.
