This little beauty is called The Test because it brings together out friends at Hopsteiner who sent us out some great new hops to try our and again our new friends at Lallemand for letting us try out their New England designed yeast. The new hops in this are Trident and Exp 09326 and we made sure to couple it with some friends that we already know which were Galaxy and Comet on the dry hop. We love it and hope you do too...if not we will drink it :). Hi Jas (waving)

Pours a very cloudy, opaque golden color with a thin foamy head. Head retention is very mild. Lacing is decent. Odd aroma. There is some mild citrus but I get a smokey, maybe BBQ like aroma. Nicer juicy citrus taste. Far less smokiness. More earthy.
