This beer was born lucky. I was brewed JUST in time to be fermented out right before Storm Uri clobbered Texas and though it sat nice and cold during the shut down it came out fantastic. We went back to the good old west coast IPA loading up Chinook and Centennial on the hot side, but that didn't mean we missed our chance to dry hop this beer, It still got loaded up with Mosaic and Idaho 7 for some dry hop. In closing swing in, smile and wave to Jasy, park your but in our beautiful establishment and just relax and enjoy yourself for a few perfect moments....you deserve it. Cheers!

Pours a hazy golden color with a thick foamy head. Head retention is very good. as is lacing. Has a hoppy floral aroma. Maybe some apples with a hint of caramel. Floral, earthy taste with some grassy bitterness and mild apple at the end. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
