Bwoop Bwoop, here comes the Five-0. With the weather getting warmer it is time for an easy drinking west coast session IPA...which just so happens to be 5.0% ABV. Five-O starts with first wort hop of Chinook to bring in the bitter, then it comes with the one-two punch of more Chinook on bittering hops. After that there is a symphony of CTZ and Centennial but with a nice subtle grapefruit finish from Cascade dry hop. For the first time in your life sit back and just enjoy the presence of Five-O, and this time you don't have to RUN!

Pours a very clear deep amber color with a thick foamy head. Head retention is good. Lacing is very good. Aroma of citrus with bready malts. On the taste, I get citrus up front, with heavier bready maltiness at the end. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
