We all know and love Paul who runs the bar, and he has had a beer he wanted to design for a long time and we finally made it happen. West Coast IPA's are so....yesterday, but we don't care, we still love them. This awesome IPA uses a heavy dose of Centennial hops for the first wort hop as well as the bitter, then we switch over to Citra for some late addition and finish up the hot side with a little Citra/Simcoe whirlpool (weee!). On the cold side this beer took in almost 3lbs of Centennial/Citra/Simcoe for dry hop. Very very proud of this beer and obviously very proud of Paul. Enjoy and Cheers!

Pours a somewhat clear dark amber color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is excellent as is lacing. A very herbal aroma with some citrus. Very smooth and creamy taste. Mild citrus with a strong herbal bitterness. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
