Spring is the perfect time to reconnect with nature. All around us our natural world displays a mathematical ratio of perfect proportions. This NZ Pale Ale applies the same balance and harmony with perfect proportions of Rakau, Motueka and Wai-iti hops. This New Zealand pale showcases aromas and flavors of key lime pie, citrus and ripe pineapple.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a finger of foamy head that slowly settles to a thin cap with some soapy lacing. Bright citrus aroma. Taste follows nose.

A: The beer is hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a short head covering the surface and lots of specks of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lime and stone fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has notes of peaches. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pale ale is packed with lots of interesting aromas and flavors of New Zealand hops. It is very easy to drink.

A: Soft orange. Rocky long lasting head.
S: Clover, lemon balm, hay honey, apple and orange blosspms. Distinctively floral. Fresh mango, peaches 'n cream, tart citrus and hay.
T: Load of fresh lime zest grated on a honey mango; yet, sweeter than the nos Also, features pineapple, heavily. Hop ratio/intensity is outstanding. I absolutely enjoyed the flavors, but the malt-hop balance was a little off. The raw pizza dough flavor is nice and definitely enhances the rawness of the fruit but there's no balance.
M: Too soft of a feel. Too pillowy, and even a sliminess. Needs a coarser carbonation.
