Poured a almost black-cola mud-brown with decent tan head and some lace patches down glass. Mild toffee and spring-like hop aroma. Smooth, light-to-medium body, filling breadiness with a mild cocoa nib dry sweetness that balanced with a mild, floral and earthy hoppiness and crisp finish.

Flavor profile was average for the style. Ordered it served using a “mliko” pour, purportedly a Czech style of serving that infuses much more CO2 in than normal. Made the beer very creamy, but also seemed to give us less beer for the same price, as our mugs were only about half full after all the bubbles settled.
