This Czech Dark Lager is inspired by our favorite feline Tivoli, or Tivvy, for short. The beer pours black and is a purr-fect blend of malt complexity and toasty, roasty can't snuggles.

Pours a deep cola brown with a tight, creamy head that quickly settles to a thin ring with little to no lacing. Aroma leans bready with notes of chocolate and molasses. Taste follows nose. Subtle malt sweetness meets smooth, dry finish.

Poured a brown body with decent khaki head and lace ring down glass. Typical grainy and grassy hop lager aroma. Smooth, light to medium body, and don’t know how they did it but a chocolate sweetness comes out that is pretty good, not cloying, but beer still feels light and is easy to drink with slightly crisp finish and overall this is a beer you could drink all day.
