A soft wheat that runs plush on the palette, straw gold with lush foam and a subtle aroma of wheat. Notes of clove, banana, wheat and bubblegum make for easy drinking.

A nicely balanced hefeweizen with a nice cloudy color and a light aroma of fruit and spice. The unmistakeable hints of banana and clove hit the palate when you sip, then you get a nice carbonated feel, finishing smoothly as it goes down. I feel extremely lucky to live close to this brewery and come weekly to have a few growlers of Edelweiss filled.
