Puppies And Pancakes pours a darker brown color, with a small, but long lasting and lacing head. Rich aroma, lots of maple. Flavor is creamy, a bit smoky, a harsh malty backbone, with subtle, yet enough sweet maple notes. Good body and flavor. Overall, a very well constructed maple brown, not too much with any flavor, but lots of everything.
