BB 28-02-07. Nice presentation with shiny bright golden beer and snowhite head. Nose is very very clean but fresh and inviting. Noticable fine hallertau hops, hint of pale maltyness and bit of yeastinfluence cause of listed 4.9% ABV with stated alcohol partly taken out. Taste is also nicely fresh and maily hoppy. Wonder how they even could take out alcohol as there is only so litle maltyness in this brew. Very clean but maybe bit sharp and salty on the tongue making it even drier. Still this hoppyness does "gut", well drinkable and certainly a strange dude in German Pilsnerworld.
