Draught.
Hazy pale yellow body, with a huge, rocky, white head, mostly lasting with good lacing.
Moderate malty aroma with notes of banana and citrus. Maybe some apple.
Moderate sweet flavour with a strong acidic note.
Light-to-medium body with a oily texture; lively carbonation; astringency in the finish.
Acceptable hefeweizen.

Typical Weizen pour, somewhat cloudy golden base with a huge fluffy white head, excellent retention and nice lacing effects throughout. The smell is pure of malts and wheat; nothing more.
The taste is solid, the wheat flavor is first rate with all Weizen I've experienced. It is smooth in the mouth and nice on the palette. A very drinkabile Weizen and I will gladly have another.
Final Thought: This is a great local Weizen from Augsburg that holds true the whole way.
