The colour is medium yellow; the two finger high off white head got a little crater. Lots of lacing.

The smell is sweet and malty, it felt a little stuffy. Some aroma hops. I think the smell is very “Swedish”.

The taste is very malty and sweet; honey and syrup. Quite boring… I noticed some aroma hops. More of that sweetness and margarine-butter (Saaz hops?). The aftertaste is mild with notes of shortbread and instant mash.

The carbonation is medium, as is the thickness of the liquid.

An OK lager, a good thirst drencher on a hot summer afternoon. But as a house beer of the well assorted Stockholm beer bar "Monk's Café"? Not good enough!
