Bright, golden yellow in the glass with a huge, rocky, bright white foamy collar. There's not a solid wall of haze - I can see my fingers in the other side of the glass if I hold the beer up to the light.

On the nose there's some phenolic, clovey yeast with a hint of lemon.

Taste is mild cloves upfront and a tangy, lemony bubblegum aftertaste that is lip-smackingly refreshing.

Carbonation is very soft and mouthfeel is pillow-like.

This is my idealised vision of a Bavarian biergarten - a big, pillowy hefe, a big shady tree, and a day reveling in the relaxed arms of a well-made hefeweizen.
